Arrowverse and Legion creators were reportedly nixed by Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige for the Avengers 5 and Avengers: Secret Wars directing gigs. Only a few days after it was reported that the Russo brothers were in talks to direct Avengers 5 and Avengers: Secret Wars, another report reveals who Feige supposedly passed on for the job.
According to Puck, Hollywood agency CAA pitched Greg Berlanti, who created the Arrowverse, and Legion creator Noah Hawley to Feige, among other unspecified candidates for the massive directing gig, but the Marvel Studios president wasn't interested. At the time of this story's publication, Marvel Studios and Disney have yet to comment on this report.
