Deadpool & Wolverine almost saw Jennifer Garner's Elektra with a comics-accurate suit as new Marvel Cinematic Universe concept art reveals an alternate look for her.
John Staub, who is a senior illustrator at Marvel Studios, shared on Instagram that he had been tasked to work on a costume design for Garner's Elektra for her cameo in Deadpool & Wolverine. The artwork shows how Elektra could've had a suit that more closely resembles what she wears in the comics. Check it out below.
Staub added, "This version was meant to show that she has been in the void for a while and her costume has changed through wear and tear and fixes and adjustments." While the costume sadly didn't make it into the film, Staub revealed, "This piece will also be included in the upcoming The Art of Deadpool & Wolverine."
