Marvel Studios' perfect cosmic replacement for Peter Quill's Star-Lord has been imagined in a brilliant fan-poster for the upcoming Nova project in the MCU. A live-action MCU project featuring Marvel Comics' Richard Rider, a.k.a. Nova, was confirmed to be in development in March 2022, but since the initial announcement, information on the upcoming project has been incredibly scarce. 2014's Guardians of the Galaxy provided a first look at the MCU's Nova Corps, of which Richard Rider becomes the flagship hero in Marvel Comics, but with Disney and Marvel Studios slowing down production on all upcoming MCU projects, it may be some time before Nova actually debuts in live-action.
Despite not much being known about Marvel Studios' upcoming Nova project, many are still excited to see the cosmic superhero be introduced into the ever-growing MCU. With the Multiverse Saga and the MCU's cosmic stories continuing to develop, a new fan-poster imagining Richard Rider's Nova in the MCU has been shared by Hazzaa Jarrar.
The art depicts Richard Rider in a comic-accurate Nova costume using his flight ability surrounded by the logo of the Nova Corps that was previously seen in the MCU. Since there has currently been no official word on when the MCU's Nova project might actually release, many are hoping for new details regarding the project soon.
