As Loki season 2 is finishing its run this week, Disney has finally confirmed when the next Marvel Cinematic Universe show, What If…? season 2, is arriving this year. While 2023 has mostly been about the live-action side of the MCU, one of their animated shows is close to finally coming back. Based on the comic book anthology of the same name, What If…? season 2 is set to continue to flesh out The Multiverse Saga as it explores other alternative realities.
While a What If…? season 2 trailer has yet to arrive, Disney is now at least letting the MCU audience know when the show is expected to release.
