The MCU Already Has The Best Way To Bring Luke Cage Back
The Marvel Cinematic Universe keeps bringing characters from Netflix’s Marvel shows back, and it already has the best way to bring Luke Cage (Mike Colter) back. The MCU is currently exploring its multiverse and the many dangers that live in it, but it has also been the perfect opportunity to make characters from other movies and TV shows outside this connected universe part of it, as Spider-Man: No Way Home did with the worlds of Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man trilogy and Marc Webb’s The Amazing Spider-Man movies and Matt Murdock/Daredevil (Charlie Cox), and the TV series Hawkeye with Wilson Fisk/Kingpin (Vincent D’Onofrio).
Daredevil’s return after the cancelation of his TV series over at Netflix in 2018 gave hope for the return of other characters from Netflix’s Marvel shows, and one of them has already been confirmed to return: Frank Castle/The Punisher (Jon Bernthal), who will join Murdock in his upcoming TV series Daredevil: Born Again. This has further fueled speculation about Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter) and Luke Cage also coming back at some point in the Multiverse Saga, and as it turns out, the MCU already has the perfect way to bring Luke Cage back, thanks to the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home and J. Jonah Jameson (J. K. Simmons).
