Loki Season 2 Release Gets Positive & Surprising Update From Owen Wilson

Loki season 2 just got a positive and surprising update from star Owen Wilson. The actor returns as his Time Variance Authority agent Mobius M. Mobius, alongside leading man Tom Hiddleston on what will be the first second season of a Marvel Cinematic Universe series to premiere on Disney+. Wilson's update on the Loki season 2 release timeframe comes as a positive answer to a recent negative development that was seen on Disney+, where every upcoming MCU show had its release date shifted to "Coming Soon."
Speaking with Entertainment Tonight, Wilson revealed when Loki season 2 should premiere, saying, “I think that’s coming out end of the summer or September.” After the MCU Phase 5 shows got a disappointing update on Disney+ with the removal of their release date, the news that Loki seems poised to still air in its Summer 2023 intended release window — or at most a slight delay into September — is great. The recent firing of Marvel Studios executive Victoria Alonso came with the report that the number of MCU shows released in 2023 would be reduced, but it appears Loki remains unchanged by the ordeal.
